On 9 October 2024, ESSEC APAC organized Wellness Day, which allowed students to de-stress through physical activity. The event offered a blend of excitement and relaxation for students.
ESSEC organized two activities. The first was a day at Wild Wild Wet, one of Singapore’s most popular water parks. 67 students enjoyed water rides, splash zones, and group activities. It was a perfect opportunity for students to bond and have fun while engaging in physical activity.
The second activity was yoga sessions on campus at Study Area 2. Each session attracted 15 students who preferred a more calming, meditative approach to stress relief. The yoga classes created a peaceful atmosphere where students could focus on mindfulness, flexibility, and inner peace.
Wellness Day exemplified ESSEC’s commitment to student well-being. It offered diverse activities to ensure that everyone could find a way to relax, recharge, and unwind from their academic routines.
