Key Learning Outcomes & How You Will Benefit

Introduction to Core Business Principles: Participants will acquire foundational knowledge in areas such as marketing and finance, enabling them to understand the interconnected nature of various business operations.

Understanding Artificial Intelligence and Sustainability: Participants are introduced to how AI and sustainable practices are integrated into business strategies, reflecting the growing importance of these fields in modern business.

Leadership Development: The program includes a Project Challenge in which participants create a proposal for our partner company. This experience will help students build confidence and enhance their ability to lead projects and teams effectively.

Networking Opportunities: Participants can build their connections with peers, mentors, and industry professionals, creating valuable networks for future academic and career pursuits.

Eligibility
High school students who are 16 to 18 years old (Grade 10-12).

Language
Conducted entirely in English.

Application
Complete the online application form before 31 May 2025 and include the following submissions:

  • A copy of your Grade 10-12 high school transcripts
  • A short motivation letter detailing why you want to join the program (1 page max)
  • Registrants will be assessed and informed of their final registration outcome by early June 2025
  • No prior coding or business-related experiences are required

Registration is open now till 31 May 2025.

The registration fee is SG$2,500, covering meals, course fees, and activities. Accommodation is not included.

Yes! Participants from the 2023 and 2024 editions of the ESSEC Business & Leadership Immersion Programs for Youths are entitled to a special 15% referral discount when they refer friends, family, or colleagues to our upcoming summer camp.

To claim the discount, simply mention the past participant’s name in the registration form. Please note that discounts cannot be combined.

Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis (subject to the quality of the application).

Applicants must submit their Grade 10-12 high school transcripts, including a one-page personal statement showcasing their interests and learning goals for the program.

Applicants will be assessed and informed of their final registration outcome within 2 weeks (latest by early June 2025).

ESSEC reserves the right to cancel the program if there are fewer than 20 participants.
