On 25 October 2024, ESSEC Asia-Pacific warmly welcomed 20 enthusiastic high school students, their vice principal, and two teachers from Indonesia’s Cikal Amri Setu School. The visit aimed to introduce ESSEC’s Global Bachelor of Business Administration (GBBA) program and strengthen future recruitment collaboration with the school.

The event began with a warm welcome and an engaging introduction to ESSEC APAC led by Daphne Lui, Associate Academic Director of the Global BBA program. Prof. Daphne provided a comprehensive overview of the campus and the Global BBA program, highlighting its innovative curriculum and the diverse learning opportunities to develop future business leaders.

Following Prof. Daphne’s presentation, Sheryl Ng, Marketing and Communications Executive, shared details on ESSEC’s upcoming Business & Leadership Immersion Program. This immersive experience offers students hands-on exposure to the business world, focusing on entrepreneurship, sustainability, and leadership.

To add a personal touch, Olivia Gunawan, a Year 2 Global BBA Student Ambassador from Indonesia, shared her journey at ESSEC. Her firsthand account resonated with the students, offering a relatable glimpse into student life at ESSEC.

After the presentations, Year 1 student ambassadors Aydin Ali and Manisha Gupta led a campus tour, introducing the group to the facilities and learning environments available on campus.

The visit showcased ESSEC’s offerings and served as a significant step in strengthening ties with Cikal Amri Setu School, setting the stage for future recruitment efforts with similar schools.
